• If you purchased a Web Studio Package
  • Due to necessary manual DNS changes, it may take up to 6 hours for this package to be fully configured.
  • You will not see any traffic reports from within CPanel.
  • POP email and Webmail are still fully functional.
• All scripts from within CPanel and Fantastico (i.e. OSCommerce, phpBB, etc) are supported by their respective developers. Twin Pines Hosting may be able to provide some basic help with the scripts, but if you run into problems, it is highly recommended you check out the script author's web pages.
• We attempt to answer support requests as soon as possible. All requests generate an immediate email to the Administrators.
